"This apartment is a great size for a couple or even a family of 4! Our bed was was on a separate level which we loved and we had our own patio space! The grocery store is no more then a 5 minute walk and the main strip was no more then a 20 minute walk! "

"Simply amazing view from the terrace, big and clean room with comfortable bed, spacious shower. Simple, but filling breakfast. Friendly cats who will give you your morning headbump. Might not be suitable for someone with mobility issues and without a car, quite a bit of climb to get to the hotel."

"The apartment was great for us to base our adventures in the south of Albania! Location is outside of the downtown area so theres peace and quiet. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. I would come back for sure. "

"Good apartment. Perfect location by the beach. Nice people working there. However, the apartments are right next to a club with load music EVERY night, and sometimes early in the morning as well. We travelled with young children, so I wish I new about this before booking. Also, the cleaning isn’t great. The clothes were covered in dust after laying in the closet. "My only compliant was that there were ants entering the Apt in the kitchen area. The property is filled with plants and fruit trees etc, they may have been entering through a wall. Keep things clean and place food in the refrigerator or you will share your food with the ants. You also must drive to the market, the beach and the center, not far but by foot the property is at the top of some pretty steep hills. The walk is mile or so up or down. Accommodating hotel with nice amenities

"Welcoming, accommodating front desk. Room was very spacious - had all amenities I needed. Good hot water in the shower. It's on a major street but has good soundproofing so did not hear traffic. A bit of a distance from the center, about a 20 minute walk to Skandenberg Square, but a pleasant walk with lots of shops and restaurants. Hotel has rooftop pool and a sauna, but I did not use either. Breakfast had some good choices."

Beautiful Berat

"This is an impressive hotel. We pulled into the parking lot and immediately left the property because we thought we were in the wrong place. It is one of the largest buildings in Berat and we thought we had made a mistake when we originally pulled into the parking lot. The hotel was quite quiet this time of year so it seemed a bit empty but we loved our room, the location and the staff were friendly and helpful. We could walk to all the sights we wanted to see while we stayed in Berat. There is a wonderful pedestrian way near the hotel that leads to many coffee houses, bars and restaurants. The castle is less than two km away not counting the walk UP to the castle where the sights are amazing. The provided breakfast was very good with a big variety. Our room was big, comfortable and very clean. This is an excellent choice if you are looking for a place to stay while in Berat."
