Good place to stay when visiting Alba Iulia
Posted 1 Apr 2024 on HotelsEverything was wonderful good location, convenient parking, clean, and very spadeful. the only things that need improvement are the carpets and the mattress which was leaning and not straight I did complain and seems they were aware of that. I hope they will replace them with new one.

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night as we were passing through. The staff of this hotel were nice, and the check-in and check-out experience was good, but they are not in the hotel during night. You have to use a code to enter the hotel after 22:00 or 23:00, I forgot the exact time. The rooms were not that spacious, but it worked for me. There is an air conditioning system, and the amenities were fine. I had my room on the road side, which was a bit noisy due to traffic. I closed the screen, which helped a bit but it was still noisy. Breakfast was ok. Alba Lulia is a nice place. You can visit the local Orthodox church in the old Roman fort that was used during King Ferdinand's coronation, and was also used when unifying Romania back in 1918. You can also visit Rapa Rosie (nice nature area) and Corvin Castle in the area.

Your comments only give great satisfaction for the work done and motivate day by day...thank you once again.Alba Iulia is a small city, but a nice one,respectively the Alba Carolina Fortress, a fortress with Vauban type bastions, construction started in 1715 and completed in 1738 under the coordination of the architect Giovano Morando Visconti. Also, there are various tourist attractions in the surroundings, as you said, one of them being Rapa Rosie, Corvin Castle, then others such as: Rimet Monastery, Calnic Fortress, Rimetea Village, Bethlen-Haller Castle etc.As you said, we're here just untill 22 o'clock, after you can enter with a code received at the check-in.Regarding the noise, our location is on a main artery of the city and inevitably, it will not be the peace that we can only find in the middle of nature, not being surrounded by traffic, etc.Have lovely day!Best regards, Ave, Alba Guesthouse!

I have stayed at this Hotel Ave Alba for 9 days and I was extremely happy. It was incredible and very affordable.
I have stayed in very many places around the world but I can say this place was one of the BEST. Delicious Breakfeast , absolutely spotless and equipped with everything we use at home including a small fridge. Extremely organized . The owners and everyone who works here are super polite , they go out of their way to help you and they make you feel like home. Thank you so much Alina, Monica, Mariana and Ionela, for making my stay at this Hotel super pleasant. I will definitely be back🙏❤️

Well-appointed rooms and bathrooms
Posted 18 Jul 2021 on HotelsWell-appointed rooms and large bathrooms with rainforest shower, overall very pleasant. Nice staff. Only complaint is inefficient A/C: it eventually got cool, but only in the evening after a very long time.
