Bad service. During 12 days, towels were not changed or toilet paper refilled. The room was also not washed during this time.

Something gets broken every day. The property is poorly renovated, and something falls out of order way too often. The staff is friendly and willing to repair things but it's just overwhelming for them to handle.

Breakfast was included, yet not available until 8:30 am, and therefore, it was not possible for me. Also, in the morning of my departure the elevator was held in the lobby, and the receptionist had to unlock it for me - somewhat strange.
