Bathtub was so narrow that I could not stand in it with comfort. Water temperature while taking a shower was constantly boiling and freezing every 15 seconds that I could not take a shower in my room. To have wifi in room, you should pay 2 Euro/n!!!!! To use safe in room, you should pay too.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your opinions for our Hotel. It could be better that you tell us about your bathroom problem. So we could check it. There is free wifi service in our Lobby as we declaired. Also we nowhere written about safe and wifi in the room are free in our Hotel. Wifi and safe box are extra in our rooms.

It was nice but the food was really bad and every day the same food

All inclusive holiday should be ALL INCLUSIVE. I shouldn’t really be paying for towel exchange, Safe in room, jacuzzi, snooker table, orange juice, ice cream. If it’s all inclusive, it should be all included. A 5 star hotel should have more air conditioning in there lobby area and in there restaurant area.

Dear Guest, First, thank you for write your opinions. All of the agencies (include expedia) have our Hotel concept, you can read it. The concept is the same for the long time and information about included and extra charged services are in there (like safe, beach towels, jacuzzy etc.). It will be good, if the guest check the concept or ask if have questions before the booking. We hope to see you again in our Hotel next time.
