As soon as we checked in, we Instantly regretted booking here. The staff at the reception were rudely and didn’t give any information about the facilities in hotel, If you ask something they directly answered with no they don’t have. The food and cleanliness was horrible, there were constantly bugs on our bed and the room would not be cleaned until we would request for the hundredth time. The location of this hotel is bad too nothing is in even 30mins walking distance except the beach. I would not recommend this hotel.

It's a three-four star standard hotel in terms of price and performance. The rooms are clean, but the towels and room service are bad. It has an outdoor pool, not bad, the sports area is narrow, not suitable for even two people, the restaurant closes early and the variety of drinks is less, the location is a bit far from the center of Alanya, Kestel beach It is close, but the beach is stony in that area, for a sandy beach, you have to go to the cleopatra beach in the center.

Food options need to be updated especially for the hot food. Also regulations needs to be followed such as kids should not use the pool without parents. Overall it is good for the price. If you have higher expectations than you can choose other places with higher price.

A nice experience
The hotel was fine and the rooms were nice, the breakfast was pleasant and the pool was enjoyable. My main issue with the hotel was the lack of communication and hospitality from staff. There was a big miscommunication when booking the airport transfer resulting in me not having cash to pay the driver as I understood I was paying the hotel and not the driver directly and this was not clarified despite me asking multiple times about it. The staff were not disrespectful or rude in any way, they were polite and pleasant but very distant, I also believe the language barrier made communication very difficult. Saying so, the lady at the desk during breakfast was very pleasant and helpful responding promptly to any requests with necessary information. It was a pleasant hotel with great facilities and a good location, but the hospitality could use some work.

Do not believe the pictures on the website. It is totally different Also, the place is far from the beach and the town itself. One cannot find the sanitation in the whole place. The food was cold and no taste. I didn’t have a good experience at this hotel.

The hotel is located in a quiet spot, which was a great advantage for us (central Alanya looks more like a market and is busy and noisy). The room was in perfect condition and was cleaned regularly. Bottled water was provided every day. Selection of food was good, maybe not as diverse as in more expensive hotels but there were always several options for mains and a lot of sides. Plenty of desserts as well. Food was tasty. Beach is not far: 5 min walk to the nearest beach bar with chase longs, but we walked to the next one it was usually less crowded. Hotel pool had a great view and water hadn’t too much chlorine. Staff was friendly and helpful. The cons: the hallways and stairs were not cleaned as well as the rooms. Gym is quite basic. Overall we were quite happy with our choice of hotel and enjoyed our stay.

Reception staff was great, can’t fault them. Cleaning staff were great too. Kitchen staff were poor in communication, changing the dinner timings without telling the hotels members. Further to this simple things like labeling food were not done. I would say the poorest part of my stay was the food such poor selection for breakfast and dinner. Further to this the lifts kept breaking down we had family members who got stuck in the lift the emergency button doesn’t alert staff you have to find a way to do that! Additionally other reviews say there are restaurants in walking distances which isn’t entirely true as you can only walk to one within 10minutes and in that heat it’s very tough with young children and lastly taxis being difficult to get for short journeys.

I utgangspunktet et veldig fint hotel med store fine rom og stor balkong. Synd at de ikke tar bedre vare på det med et litt bedre renhold. Bodde der 4 døgn. Rommet ble ikke vasket en eneste gang. Ikke ble det byttet på seng eller byttet ut noen håndkler eller etterfylt noen varer. Spurte og fikk svar at de byttet kun hver 3 døgn. Mye støv spesielt i luftespiel i tak/airc. Kjøkken hadde ikke noe utstyr for å lage middag. Kjøleskap, men ikke fryser i kjøleskapet. Det lå en gammel møkkete tre boks med muggen te i den ene kjøkken skuffen, litt spesielt at rengjøringspersonalet ikke hadde fjernet dette da det tydelig har ligget der lenge Likte veldig godt: størrelse på rom, utsikt mot fjell og basseng, alle store vinduer som kunne åpnes helt opp. Likte ikke: renhold, mye støv og insekter i skuff på kjøkken og bad. Veldig gammelt og slitt utstyr i gym. Ikke noe utstyr for å lage seg varm mat på rommet. Ikke fryser i kjøleskap
Denne lå i kjøkken skuffen. Muggen te og veldig møkkete muggen treboks. Fristet ikke veldig å forsyne seg av disse
Oppdaget disse i tak på badet og i skuffen med te boksen siste kveld. Så ut som de kom frem på natt i mørket

Flott leilighet i rolige omgivelser. Nært en fin og rolig strand, gangavstand til Migros og Bim. Gode bussforbindelser i området og en god restaurant (Panda) i nærheten. Rent og fint bassengområde. Godt renhold med trivelige renholdere. Grei frokost daglig. Litt dårlig med kjøkkenutstyr i leiligheten og dårlig kommunikasjon med resepsjon da de ikke snakker mye engelsk. Anbefales til de som liker en stille ferie.

Je krijgt om de dag een schone handdoek. Staat ook nergens aangegeven tijdens het boeken. Als je gaat neem je eigen handdoek mee ipv douchen met een vieze handdoek. Op het plafond van de badkamer was er een grote schimmel en douchekop hing los. De kamer was groot en ruim, schoonmaak was karig. Strand is met de auto goed bereikbaar, maar lopend erg lang (i.v.m. autoweg). Ik had drinken besteld, die werd bezorgd bij de receptie. Toen ik het ging ophalen, werd er verteld dat iemand anders uit het hotel had opgedronken. Heel vaag en raar. Speeltoestellen bij het kinderbadje werden telkens uitgezet. We hadden meerdere malen gevraagd of deze weer aangezet kon worden, maar dat werd niet gedaan. Helaas voor ons geen tweede keer.
