A great, reasonable hotel in Alanya.
The hotel itself is in great condition, and I stayed in the Annex building which has far more spacious rooms, good views (partial sea view) - and is also less noisy than staying in the main hotel everyone seems to want to stay in.
My room was clean, serviced every 3 days, and all the staff seemed friendly.
The buffet breakfast is around £10 a day, but I would highly recommend ordering off of the regular menu to get something you really like.
Pool area is ok, pool is more like a large jacuzzi size (you can’t swim lengths in it at all) but the area is lovely. They clean it every morning, but it has a very funny smell and attracts flies. They could do with some fly traps!
Beach area is lovely and well maintained. Coffee shop out front is 10/10, and lunch options in the restaurant are very reasonable.

When booking, the room shown was big and luxurious with plenty of space, a double bed and a desk. When we arrived at the hotel, we were very rudely told to go to the other side of the street, to another building where we would stay. The aircondition was horrible, there was no desk or closet to put our clothes the shower had no water pressure and was either burning or freezing. The cleaning service was subpar at best and the toiletpaper holder broke on the second day. Perhaps we would have had a better stay if we got to stay at the original building like we thought we had booked.

Posted 28 Jun 2024 on HotelsRoom was very small no place to keep our bags, swimming pool looks like jacozi, super small, on the beach we asked for a towel , they said we have to buy them from hotel, also they clean the room every day but they never changed the shower towels for 5 nights, no elevator so to get your bags up little hard , not recommended for the old people, i caled them to get ice to the room they said not possible, also i asked them for a wine opener they said not possible, i need to take the bottle to the restaurant bar to open it for me, hotel beach full of big stones not good for swimming, the weather was very hot they refused to give us another electric key to keep the AC on while we are out side, the air conditioner split very small only one ton. الفندق لا يصلح أبدا وقديم جدا

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience at this hotel. We were very excited after reading reviews and looking that the pictures. In reality, it is a very old building and unfortunately not well-kept. The room we were staying, had a very strong sewage like odour coming from the bathroom. When we told reception about it, they said we will have to wait until the morning. We could not sleep the whole night because of smell. When we went back the next morning, they said that they will send someone to check it out. They sent someone to put a strong fragrance down the drain, which caused the entire room to smell like fumes and then the smell came back. We complained about it again they said it’s too late and we have to stay another night. They said they will send someone to check the room again however that person said the room did not smell at all. After back-and-forth conversations with the reception, they finally moved to a new room with a TV that did not work. While, the pictures look beautiful and the restaurant is on the sea, The buildings are in very rough condition and the rooms have a very bad smell. I do not recommend this hotel.

Sardar front desk was very nice and helpful. I was very disappointed with the restaurant staff very rude. Breakfast was included in the room rate, but didn’t NOT all the food was covered with flies.
Our room was very great big size with amazing view. The bathroom needs updating.

DO NOT STAY HERE. AVOID. Worst hotel I have stayed at. Not like the pictures at all. Staff are not friendly or helpful at all. You can’t eat anywhere in the hotel apart from your own room, as they have their own restaurant. So you can’t eat anything bar restaurant food on the beach. Expensive and is not what you expect. Hidden fees too.
