Very good
Posted 8 Apr 2024 on HotelsWas a good simple place. A lot of the stuff closes unless you are in peak season but was still really good. Good value for sure bed was a bit hard and air con didn’t work but apart from that really nice

Hi. We just had the most bad experience with this hotel. First of all when we say we book with Expedia , they give us bad look and I think they don’t like you guys at all. We had to pay for internet, they had no shampoo and conditioner, no soap ، no salt,no dish soap, there bathroom smells so bad , you couldn’t even take a shower, If you wanted to go to the beach you had to buy towels or rent from them. Anyway it was the worst hotel ever. Was not happy at all. We are dealing with Expedia over 15 years. And it’s not fair. We also have another complaint when we were renting our car in Italy, normally when we pay with American Express our car automatically has insured, but they took $450 Eu extra for Insuranc and they have to return that to us. Today we just got another hotel from you and when we came they have no elevator and they give us 3th floor with so many stairs. My husband has a disability issues and it was so hard until we came upstairs. Anyway we were very disappointed with all this booking.

The worst stuff I saw it ever ,, very bad reception stuff not friendly at all angry face very bad communication with customers...I don’t recommend to anybody,,, if you looking for relax vacation skip the property and choose other to avoid be stresses and bad moods,.Not clean also

horrible very bad and poor check in ((bad reception stuff)),,
when i reach i ask one of stuff to check my name at the system,i i said hello. hello. hello three times but unfortunately no answer,,, he said no need to complete your name give me your passport.. i told him before i give the passport i said hello three times no answer and why you looking at me with very angry face,,, NOW he said what do you want? if you think you are paying some money at hotel that's not mean i will put you on my head or on my back!!!!! i can't believe what he said HOW like this guy work at reception? i told him please call other guy to do check in for me.. he said only me,,, do it or leave the hotel...i said ok cancel sure will not stay here but bring my money back. he said SORRY can't.. i asked him call any responsible people to talk with him.. again said no... VERY BAD RECEPTION SERVICES I SAW IT EVER... and also not clean..
