Terrific place. Complimentary water, lemonade, and cookies when checking in! Breakfast was really good. Very clean room.

It was noisy since it’s too close to the road. There were trucks and motorcycle noises all night.

The hotel was was okay. Older and due for an upgrade. Not much around the hotel.

Looking for a great hotel convenient to the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad and the Great Sand Dunes national park, this is the place. Very nice area and scenic to south eastern Colorado. Loved this area and a great hotel stay.

Staff was friendly, rooms were very nice. Could use some sprucing up. Walls patched but not yet painted, that type of thing.
I would stay there again, just wanted to let them know that it could use some TLC
