- very well located
- microwave and refrigerator
Cons
- there was old food in the refrigerator
- the AC air-conditioned filter was extremely dirty.
- the towels and blankets were colorful so you can not see how clean or dirty it is.
- no breakfast

The proprietor is delightfully friendly and helpful. The room is lovely and for being close to the street and shopping and restaurants, I found it to be very quiet. All ground level rooms for easy moving of luggage into the room; thank you!

A good Thai restaurant was right next door that you could walk to, and the motel is very close to other chain restaurants and coffee shops. It’s also 16 min away from White Sands National Park which was perfect for our trip. The room was nice and clean, and there was a little quick breakfast room for the mornings.

single story no double floors so you don't hear Frankenstein upstairs. Small rooms but clean and quiet. double pain windows. did not hear too much traffic. I will deffently stay here again.

Quiet and close to restaurants. Good distance from attractions. Bottom of bathroom door frame wood rot from the inside needs attention. Air Conditioning unit fan speed is constant at high speed. It needs to have a lower fan speed setting.

Relatively clean.
Bed uncomfortable. Saw a black thing race across the floor when I got up to use restroom at 2:00 am.
