The property is pretty basic the rooms are clean. The best asset is the staff. They are very friendly and welcoming.

For a lower priced property it was really very good. Pros: Very clean, excellent maintained grounds, high end sheets, fabulous very high bath towels, great free choices for hot breakfast, wonderful cook, server & busser (one person), breakfast room very cheerful, fabulous gift shop higher end merchandise. Cons: The bedspread was very scratchy. The room was incredibly clean but very dreary even with curtains open. The heating/ac unit worked well but front was broken on it. Cheapest shampoo, little bar soap & conditioner.

This place is in need of some major repairs. Tub/shower needs replacing. Toilet needs a proper cleaning. Door frames bed scraping painting. Breakfast was good but light.
