The first room we received when we arrived smelled like swett, the bathroom floor was dirty, there was a candy wrapper and muffin crumbs on the floor. We were re-assigned. The Continental breakfast worker woman took a towel to clean up a coffee spill on the floor with her shoe wiped it across the floor, then picked it up and wiped the coffee counter and the coffee spout!!!! I was completely appalled!! I complained to the front desk, and got an appology…needless to say, that was the last time I had breakfast with your facility.

Fridge wasn’t working. Fixed in the morning. There were gnats over the swimming pool that kept buzzing us. Key cards needed replacing 5 times

Maintenance/engineer team is sleeping on the job at this hotel. So many things are broken down. Not a total deal breaker if you can ignore a wobbly table while eating breakfast or loose tile flooring in the bathroom. I also say that about the Maintenance team because when I got to my room, I was shocked to see a Maintenance man in my room, sitting on the bed, watching Tv.

The desk clerk went above and beyond our 1st night. Genuinely customer friendly. The downside, our room was not cleaned the following day. The phone in the room didn't work to call for more towels. I had to get the towels for myself after waiting more than 15 minutes at the front desk for someone to even assist me. The breakfast attendant was not happy at all when we asked for more cups and when we told there was no more coffee. We felt like we were really bothering her.
