"Very affordable. The place is impeccable, the service is just as great. The rooms are beautifully renovated. I happen to have the city view. Breathtaking. Also, it is located in the middle of everything; the Alamo and river walk are just a walking distance from the hotel. Located in a very safe part of the city. "

"It was a very nice hotel. Customer service is excellent, except that… We had a room across us constantly smoking weed., it was strong. Also I was checking out and t I turn around and I was reading my paper/ receipt and fell to the floor running into a black item, not sure what is was but it was not meant to be there and they had no sign to be careful. I tumbled.over it falling to the floor. I didn’t severely. Get hurt just scratches on both knees and elbows but humiliated embarrassed out of 4-5 employees watch this happen but only one seem to care and be concerned "

"The hotel staff and amenities were amazing! We loved every minute of our stay that we booked an additional day. Our favorite was the hot tub and vibe in the pool area. We will definitely stay at this hotel again in the near future."
