"The staff was very attentive. Due to a food allergy there was a need for special food preparation. Do to a miscommunication There was a mishap in the kitchen, however the staff took ownership and special precautions to ensure guests safety. It did take over an hour and a half to get a food order for 5. Under normal circumstances, this would not have been concerning except for we had traveled a great distance that day and hadn’t stopped for food."

"This is a family owned and family run hotel that goes that extra mile that chain hotels cannot. If you decide to eat-in the meals are prepared and cooked with fresh ingredients and taste great. This was our second stay in two years and we plan to return later this year. "

"We had a great time stayed in Empress, the staffs were all nice. Only some improvements needs to share, please install/put hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes. Also, high speed internet needed. Still, I highly recommended this hotel. Thanks! "

"Affordable place. Not to our standards. However,if you want to tour 100 islands this place makes it so easy it was worth it. They have their own boat,trike driver. Will also help sign you in with tourism. Breakfast was good but overpriced. Also did not get free welcome drinks! Bring your own towels or be charged. "

"The staff that checked us in during the afternoon was great. As we were the only ones that had booked for the day, he offered to show us our room other room that we could choose from but we decided to stay in our original room as there would be more light. As we’ve expected there are roaches in Philippines or other bugs, we didn’t expect it to be there in our room. There were a lot of small roaches and my husband had to kill a big one in the bathroom. There were stains on the sheet and I don’t know whether they had changed the sheet or not. The shower in the water that night had a good flow, but when we used it in the morning it was very little and when we asked the staff she said it’s normal but we have relatives lives around the area and their water is perfectly fine. Also their A/C inside the room was leaking. TV had no cable The picture looked nice, but I don’t think I would recommend or would be coming back here. "

"Literally walking, or jogging distance to your Hundred Islands Tour company, and souvenirs/ food places. Not as busy, when you do a tricycle ride to the Bayan :) Ate Sharon, staff, has been patientlywaiting for us to check-in, and we arrived late! Thank you. "
