The room was ok: paper cups was a misser. There was a kitchen but it was empty. The spa was very nice, including the swimmingpool and chairs outside. The breakfast was a disappointment, no good bread. It was simple.

quality of the in-house dining experience doesn't match the profile of the hotel. The facility keeps a very high level and are at the top in the area. but considering the normal high quality of the Italian dining experience, this hotel consistently underperform unfortunately. I still would recommend staying here since there are several really nice alternatives outside the hotel.

A resort with great potential. Bad: ac did not work, blood on pullout couch, restaurant is closed half the week, spa services next to none, no help with obtaining even a simple blanket at nighttime, they charge for water and shut off cool water dispenser after breakfast and say you have to pay, charge you 5 euro to replace your towel after spa or swimming. Good: the friendliest night staff guy! A dream of a place with picture perfect mountain view, old town feel, great local restaurants, hiking is amazing a cable car is there, rolling waters, i felt safe. Nice pool. This place could be a 5 star resort if the staff was more dedicated, the spa had more services, and if it wasn't so sparsely staffed and they didnt charge for basic human needs. Food was ok, but on the fastfood side of a menu for the hot food.

Information level poor

We arrived several days after earth slide had blocked the only road to Alagna. We were NOT informed. At 23:30 we found out, as the road was blocked by police. Hotel not reachable by phone. We tried several options but ended up sleeping the first night in our car.

Wir waren 3 Nächte im Rahmen einer Fernwanderung in Alagna, also nur mit Rucksack und bekamen scheinbar eine höhere Zimmer- Kategorie mit einer Küchenzeile. Leider ohne jegliches Geschirr. Das Zimmer war sehr schön mit viel Holz eingerichtet. Das Bad war für unsere Bedürfnisse, 2 Freundinnen auf Hüttentour, sehr klein. Speziell das Waschbecken mit dem Spiegel war wenn eine Person davor stand, für die andere nicht zugänglich. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Abdunkelung im Schlafzimmer war sehr gut. Das internstionale Frühstücksbuffet bietet viel Auswahl, die Qualität von Käse und Wurstwaren war gut. Natürlich gab es auch diverse Kuchen und Croissants. Nachmittags gab es einen reichhaltigen kostenlosen Aperitivo (exklusive Getränke). Durch viele Familien mit Kindern und einer größeren Gruppe von Freunden wurde es schnell mal unruhig. Das Hotel liegt am südlichen Ortsrand. Man kann zu Fuß alles sehr gut erreichen. Bis zur Gondel sind es ca 15 Minuten.

Mi sono trovato molto bene all'Alagna Mountain Resort. È una splendida struttura adatta per le vacanze e/o weekend e la consiglio sia per famiglie sia per le coppie o gruppo di amici. Le stanze sono extra large, silenziose e ben arredate. Il personale è disponibile ed efficiente. La spa è un bijou.

Il n'y a pas de buanderie ni de restaurant pour souper le soir, ce que nous aurions apprécié. Par contre, les appartements sont très bien et on y ressent vraiment l'influence des montagnes et du Nord.

Globalement un bon séjour, mais l'hôtel n'a rien d'un quatre étoiles. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est cher et certains produits ne sont de mauvaises qualité (boissons), le spa est peu accueillant et très basique, la piscine est à 32°C.

Struttura nuova, camere spaziose e con finiture ben curate. Pulizia non particolarmente attenta (incluse due paia di ciabatte da spa chiaramente usate e sporche ed arrotolate tra gli accappatoi che ti fanno trovare sul letto)Il servizio è a tratti imbarazzante. Si parte dalla chiave/tessera: ne puoi avere solo una perchè ne hanno poche....peccato che ogni porta dell'albergo, comprese quelle di accesso alle palazzine, si apra con quella e per un famiglia di 4 non sia il massimo doversi chiamare al telefono per poter tornare dalla colazione....Buffet della colazione scarso. Personale imbarazzante: da quando ti siedi passano 10' prima che ti chiedano cosa vuoi da bere ed ameno altri 15' perchè ti portino un caffè. Assurdo che dopo aver pagato una camera 400 € a notte ti chiedano 20 € a testa (bambini compresi) per accedere alla piscina e per non più di 1.30h. Demenziale. Insomma bene la struttura e la posizione ma male tutto quello che dovrebbe farla funzionare

Vraiment super

Superbe hotel construit il y a a peine 3 a s dans le respect de son environnement. Personnel tres attentionné et sympathique. Chambres et piscine superbes. Le personnel se démène pour que les restrictions dues au covid siient aussi transparentes que possible. Que du superlatif!
