Slow staff in reception area, checkin takes 30-35 mins even though there is only few in queue. The managers has to run time in motion study that the whole process of checking in should not last 15-20 mins processing per customer as compare to industry standard in hotel management, sometimes they are like government employee that will look on their phone, chit chat with a colleague and will go in and out their post without doing anything at all.

Maintenance of this property should be taken care much attention. Security is good. Staff are excellent and friendly. And I will love to stay again for a long period of time.

The hotel is located in the area that has a lot of small children begging for money .. and the transportation is hard to get , except Grab .. the hotel staff are giving us a salutations meant for Mislims
