The Staff was very nice and helpful, and yes the facilities were quite comfortable, what I didn't like is the menu options, they were inconvenient for a single traveler also my transportation to and from the airport, although the Hotel did not facilitate my ride, they confirmed what this car from the airport charged me, which was quite a big difference from what Grab charged me. Experience is the best teaching, thanks for everything

Clean and safe place to stay. I love the restaurant in the lobby amazing foods! What I don’t like was there were a stains in the duvet. They solve my complaint . Housekeeper clean my room and change the duvet.

The staffs were nice. Clean and cute hotel. I love the food in the lobby Romulo I ate there many times during my stay for a week. I will definitely will come back and stay in the hotel
