It’s a hotel & apartments at the same time, pool was very clean & big enough but not enough sun after 11am the sun goes in back of the building since it’s 45 floors high, hotel is clean but has a damp smell to the rooms & floors as you get off the elevator you can smell it, maybe it’s the products they use idk, rooms are always nicely cleaned & pampered, staff are attentive to your needs but for taxis every hard to get one at busy time (3pm to 6pm) so they staff at valet try to pass you on a VIP car that cost double your trip price instead of calling you a reg taxi. Around the hotel there’s absolutely nothing like resto café or snacks you must take a taxi to go somewhere els if not they have a convenient store in lobby not bad. Over all it’s a good place to stay cuz close to malls, tourist areas, downtown. Very safe. I still recommend
