"Terrible customer service from this hotel, still awaiting a reply from the manager after 1 week of leaving this hotel, expected better from them after they closed the pool for a week from 19-26 may which is more than a few days in their words. They ruined our holiday the kids were upset and fed up and just wanted to go home, we paid for a hotel with swimming pool but didn't get what we paid for, and I have had no response from the hotel directly in form of compensation for the distress caused. "

"We stumbled upon this ginormous hotel apartment in Doha, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The room was so clean, it could give Mr. Clean a run for his money! And talk about space, it was like having our dance floor! We spent three nights there and boy, were they epic! We've been around other hotel blocks, but Somerset takes the crown.
