The worst experience ever

I booked a king-size bed through the website. I arrived at the hotel at 3 pm and there were no rooms available. The receptionist asked me to wait for 4 hours until the room was ready, and my luggage would be transferred to the reserved room. I went to the room at 7 pm and couldn't find my luggage. The room door was open when I entered. I went down to the reception and retrieved my luggage. The room's air conditioner was not working well, and it was very hot, with an unpleasant smell in the room. I always encounter bad experiences with the hotel, but unfortunately, I have to return to it because of its location, even the bed mattress is extremely uncomfortable.

I have given 4/5stars ⭐️ as the wellness centre and pool was open between 9am-10pm. I was out early and came back late and so couldn’t use it. It would have been better if it opened early and closed late.
