After booking a vacation that started at Heathrow T5 through Expedia. I was somewhat surprised that a charge was imposed on drop offs. Which may well be fare enough but not being made aware of this and the pre payment expectation, shows it is not we published and being a wheelchairs user who booked special assistance. No one made me aware. Which I find disingenuous. By Heathrow and Expedia. The PCN has been paid. But I will ensure l don’t fly through Heathrow again.

Amazing hotel with direct beach access and infinity pool. Buffet food options were great.

Fabulous in every way. Wonderful staff that paid attention to every little detail. The best buffet in Abu Dhabi.

Good property I think it could use some investment as there are parts which are “tired looking”. Not the best check-in (slow and took a while getting our room) nor check-out experience (tried charging us for a meal we hadn’t had). Good location near a marina with a few restaurants and a cinema.

The property was nice. HOWEVER, EXPEDIA advertises theme park tickets with the stay of a deluxe room. The property didn’t know anything about it so we were never provided those tickets. Advertised 4 pools however one was closed for maintenance so only 1 more was open. The other pools were in other hotels.
Other than that the hotel was nice, very quiet and clean. Buffet was good until I seen people coughing around the food and not covering their mouths.
