Good furniture, good value for money, but very bad response for the complaints, I found an insect 🐜 They said you can cancel your stay or move to another room .

Worst stay ever
Posted 5 Dec 2020 on HotelsThe hotel stay is not bad, however, the managmet is the worst i ever see in my life, they dont care about there customers and i will never come back ever again.
The hotel is not full and they will not give you 1 or 2 hours extra time even i stayed there 5 days just to get 25% extra charge, they would chose to lose there customers for 20$ , and when you asked to talk to the manager 6 hours before leaving he wasn't avilable , moreover, when i insisted they gave me his cell phone number !!!! And the front disc employee need de escalate training.
Another thing, i couldnt get them to clean my room in my 4 nights except for one time because the cleaning is only between 4 to 8 pm which is my rest time and the towels are disintegrated to the point that i had to buy a new one from the supermarket.
