"Room was clean and comfortable. Nice location close to everything you would need. However Check-in and check-out took a long time, the lady in the reception called “Welaya” was very unprofessional and rude, in my opinion. Most of the time she did not even look at me while talking to me. Treated me very badly. I would not recommend or stay here again!!"

"What I liked about this hotel was its location close proximity to the Mall of Dhahran. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfy. The only con was the size of the bathroom. It was very small and the shower had no curtain, just a glass divider that covered half the shower. Not a big deal because the comfort of the room made up for it. "

"When I wanted to check-in, the receptionist did find my booking in his system and I had to wait about an hour to have a room. The provided room was very small with tiny bathroom. That is opposite to what mention in the app during reservation for the room to have 369 Sq feet. Overall experience is not good. "

"1- Rooms was old and worn out with low hygiene 2- Breakfast is poor with low quality 3- Bathrooms are rusty, smelly and had issues with water flow and hot water availability 4- Bed stuffing is bad causing lower back pain every morning 5- AC control units did not have an auto option for cooling temp. (You have to set it manually on and off multiple times even during your night sleep) 6- No basement parking available, instead you have to park in a rear parking lot then walk to the main hotel...
