I wish the hotel had informed us about the ongoing construction at the time of booking. On the day of check-in, the water was briefly turned off, and when it came back on, it was brown. I didn't feel comfortable using it for showering, washing my hair, or brushing my teeth. Additionally, the air conditioning in my son's room (320) wasn't working properly, the room feeling humid and not comfortable. Overall, the hotel needs significant improvements. I chose it primarily for its location.

Tired hotel in need of revamp

Very uninterested receptionist. Very tired rooms which need revamping… breakfast had a good selection and the gym was well equipped. Outside and pool area wasn’t maintained and was run down

Expedia shows the incorrect hotel address on the map link. The hotel shows on the map as miles away from actual location. Location on map is a vacant lot. I spoke to Expedia customer service and they tried to blame the hotel for the error, then they tried to blame google

front door congested as people park their cars day and night. No control on the drop off and pick up zone or even signs front desk staff dont confirm your name and room number before passing you a replacement key card staff dont provide you information at check-in they just pass you a key card, they dont confirm your package or explain where you can have breakfast, dinner or your way to your room restaurant dirty dishes, utensils, table and salt/pepper shakers stale hard bread, croissants are bread and the sweets taste is horrible not fit of a 4 or 5 star restaurant. The food is hit or miss depending on the day and dish being prepared. Room Maintenance staff seem to be repairing without any clue how to make their repairs aesthetically pleasing. Wall paper is pealing off the wall. Pool Small and shallow Hallways Are clean and well maintained Housekeeping staff Very helpful and do a great job cleaning
