Poor Wifi

1I ask for an iron they said hotel policy no iron you have to go out side the hotel

Cons: Underground parking
I have never met such unprofessional hotel staff in my life, first they didn't honor my Expedia reservation claiming that they stopped Expedia long time ago, then I insist and got a room. But the behavior of the reception staff was unacceptable.
