Room was clean and comfortable. Nice location close to everything you would need. However Check-in and check-out took a long time, the lady in the reception called “Welaya” was very unprofessional and rude, in my opinion. Most of the time she did not even look at me while talking to me. Treated me very badly. I would not recommend or stay here again!!

Business trip

I arrived in the middle of the night and was helpfully and sympathetically checked into the hotel. Breakfast and service was very good and would recommend this hotel for a business trip to Khobar.
