During my stay of nine days they have cleaned my room just once and came back to clean on the last day i told them to get lost i dont neec cleaning. Horrible food in small plastic bags no plates no spoons i have our whatsapp chat for everything if you want i can forward ,just look at the times i have askedthem to clean my room they would say 11 oclock then 3 o clock then tomorrow and during my stay...

"This is one of the BEST hotels I’ve ever experienced. The property itself is lovely, but the hospitality is what makes it exceptional. Khalid, the chauffeur, is very kind and warm, and sets a great tone for the hotel from the moment he picks you up at the airport. The concierge staff goes over the top to make your stay feel comfortable. The VIP/Gold status upgrade is very generous. All the restaurant staff, both at breakfast and dinner, make you feel at home.
