Pros: comfort
Cons: reduce rate by 30% and improve the transportation to Haram 5 times a day
Location: far from Haram
id hoildayexpensive for the service offered. it should be better cost per ight even at end of Ramadan and Ed

Great trip
Posted 27 Mar 2016Hotel was great.'management was kind staff polite and helpful when needed. Clean large rooms nice and cool shuttle service goes to haram and taxi only charged 6 riyals each way so no issue there.

Posted 29 Jun 2015 on HotelsThe hotel shuttle service was very disappointing and the counter staff did not accommodate a late checkout request.. Even though I was checking in so late at 11pm..
He could have rejected it in another manner instead he flatly rejected it stubotnly

Nice hotel, poor staff support
Posted 21 Jun 2015The hotel is nice, good rooms, tide and clean.
No transportation to Haram except once or twice per day.
Sometimes the driver didn't show up and leave us long time waiting.
Staff doesn't have any control on the driver showing very bad organization.
