"Our family of four stayed one brief night in Riad Meknes as a stopover during a drive from Tangier to Merzouga. While we didn’t have too much time in Meknès or the riad itself, we did enjoy both the town and riad. Our room was spacious and we loved the lovely decor throughout the riad and the interesting layout. We had a quick dip in the pool and wished we’d had more time to use the garden courtyard. We especially enjoyed the multiple terraces, the space heaters in the bedroom and at breakfast to take off the morning chill in December, the fast internet, very nice shower, comfortable beds, and the warm greetings and hospitality throughout our stay. "This is a beautiful renovated Riad in the medina of Meknes. The location is great and close to one of the main squares as well as to many of the Meknes attractions, restaurants, and taxi stands. It would have been helpful to have a map prior to arrival, as ultimately a local shopkeeper showed us the way to the (unmarked) Riad. This Riad is run by the owner and his family, who are friendly but not very welcoming. They did not have our reservation when we arrived and it took several hours to...
