Check in was closed . Bad hotel
Posted 16 Sep 2023 on HotelsI made reservation a day before arrival. I confirmation it was written check in time is from 3 pm to any time. We arrived a 22:30. Checkin was closed. No keys were left for us. We were forced to stay and sleep over night in the car. This is not a hotel and not even a place you can trust for overnight. We are with 3 children overnight in a five seats car. This is a big shame for this hotel and for hotel.com. Even the emergency number of the hotel was not active. We tried to do tater the security . No one was answering. Very bad in case someone needs help.

Horrible. Not recomnended
Posted 15 Apr 2023 on HotelsThe stay was horrible. It was snowing and such a big hotel but no one at the reception.The wifi password given was incorrecr. Water was coming feom the window and thw roof. Frewzing cold and no firewood or firelighter provided. No one to contact as the phone provided was going to security.

First, I really sorry for the snow and for the cold but unfortenly that can happen when you stay in the mountains of Norway in the winter. The reseption is open from 09:00 - 17:00 every day and we have a 24 hours phone for emergency with a 15 min response time. All cabins ha floor heeting and if you want to use firewood we sell that in the reception.Last thing, this is not a hotel as you wrote, this is a camping site with cabins.I'm sorry you didn't enjoy you stay as most of our guest do.
