Unfortunately, the pillow and mattress were dirty, and when I asked to replace them, they were replaced with ones wet with water I was going to cancel the reservation, but the bad policy prevented me from not returning the amount paid. Please review this policy because sometimes there are unexpected surprises in the reserved room.
