Rude front-desk attendant
Posted 3 Mar 2024 on HotelsThe lady at the reception is so rude and spoke like she is doing guests a favor (by doing her job)
We checked in and expected to get the room type that we’ve booked and paid for, but she said its not available.
Our booking is for a guaranteed non smoking room with 1 bed.. she asked us to call the site where we made the reservation to verify our booking, I’m not sure what she wanted the site to do when my reservation clearly states “Superior room with 1 bed, non-smoking” - after asking to speak with someone in the property, she gave us the room type that we’ve booked.
I called the site where we booked the room and they confirmed that my room type is guaranteed.
Such an unnecessary inconvenience!
