Very bad service not good attitude with the person who who is in reception, dirty place, not safe

We would like to highlight again that the room offered to you at check in was the correct room category you have booked with us via Orbitz. Your booking was made for 1 person while you wanted to check in 2 people into your room & have a free upgrade, which was only possible via a supplement fee.

It was pleasant enough. Unfortunately the carpet and bathroom sink in the room was really quite filthy. The wifi connection was also poor.

Very dirty rooms and no wake up call
Posted 12 Dec 2017I asked for a wake up calll and did not get it. It was super implode me to get the call and I reminded the front desk twice. And yet no call was made, he was apologetic about it and fortunately my internal class cl woke me up on time, but if it hadn’t my trip would have been wasted to cairo. The room was pretty filthy and I was not able to take a shower because there was no hot water.
