"The staff are very helpful and friendly rooms are clean and spacious bed was comfortable. Location was close to city by transport and not too far from airport or beach. Only complaint is pillows are a bit flat for my liking and curtains have come off the track letting light in the morning"

"This is an excellent property to stay at during an overnight layover in DXB. It offers free transfers to and from the airport, so it's practically like being at the airport. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. It also offers good food options. The only drawback is that they don't have bellboys, which means guests need to haul their luggage to the rooms."

Nice stay at Rove Downtown

"Modern hotel, comfortable rooms with extremely helpful front desk staff. They helped us with taxis, directions, and other recommendations. The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk from one of the pedestrian bridges to enter the mall. There is a small store downstairs for snacks and toiletries, coffee and pastries. TGIFridays is downstairs and good to sit outside at bar in evening, but the breakfast there is not worth the time or money. I would recommend and stay there again. "

Fantastic stay

"The service was fantastic, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was incredible, with a great range. The only issue was that our bathroom seemed to leak, and there would be water on the floor. They tried to repair it one night but it still happened."

"The reception manager is best Ms Salma. She is helping here reception employees whenever everyone is busy. Handler was helpful and friendly. Room service and bed sheets are clean. 5 minutes walk to metro station. It has a beautiful view of the Shaykh zayed road and the Future museum. Thank you"
