"Royal beach is visually stunning with friendly staff. However on arrival the security is more interested in tips than turning on boiler, making sure TV and WiFi works. Fridge hardly gets cold. WiFi is intermittent. Would have been nice to have soap and shampoo at flat."

"Amazing apartment we absolutely loved it there and will be returning, has everything you need. Air Conditioning worked really well and amazingly clean and tidy both in the room and the Selena Bay complex overall. Would recommend rhis apartment for families and couples"

"Communication with property manager Merna was terrible. She would not provide the property address and the QR code, as she ignored our messages and tantalized us. We had to wait in front of the apartment door to access the key instead of providing everything ahead of time. She urged us to cancel which means we would lose our money. We felt disrespected from her rude treatment."

"The suites are spacious and clean and fantastic value for the price. The staff are fantastic and will help you with anything you need. A special thank you to the two Khaleds and Islam who helped us a lot. Khaled helped us on numerous occasions from dropping us to the security gate in the Tuktuk to sorting out any general issues with the rooms. Fantastic place, would definitely visit again. "

"Titanic palace is fantastic clean place to be treated well, politeness, happy friendly staff. The gardens are immaculate with everyone working so hard. I rate this 9/10. The rooms are clean, comfortable beds and maids accommodating for any needs of service. The reception staff can help you with any issues and recommend places to visit. I hope the Titanic palace opens very soon again when all the virus problems subside. I overall rate the palace. "

"It was a nice convenient accommodation to stay in. Clean and spacious. Lots of storage space for when we unpacked. Fridge freezer cooker microwave and washing machine all worked perfectly. Khalil was very helpful whenever we needed any assistance with anything. Beautiful view from the rooftop..beach was within 5 minutes walk and cash machine nearby and also convenience store. "

"the shower and toilette too small, the room between the toilette and the hand wash so small made it difficult to use the toilette, too many cats in the hallways and the street the property on is bad, I had to hire two taxis to find this property. I had to wait one hour to check in as the room wasn't ready even the agreement to check in time was approved by property. "

"Here's a revised version of your review: --- I’m not sure where to begin, as this place truly exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, it was an unforgettable experience. The resort is incredibly fun and well-maintained, offering a wide variety of pools, water slides, and activities for both kids and adults. My wife and I, along with our children, were never bored! The food was consistently excellent, with diverse dining options that catered to all tastes. One of the standout features of this place is its exceptional customer service. It’s clear that the staff is highly trained to provide top-notch hospitality, but a few individuals went above and beyond, making our stay even more memorable. I’d like to extend a special thank you to: 1. **Mr. S El-Shahat**, the pool slide attendant, whose kindness and attentiveness to my daughter were truly outstanding. Your care made all the difference—thank you! 2. **Gamal**, the bartender near the 4 Corners restaurant. Your warm, friendly attitude and engaging conversations made every visit to the bar a pleasure. "I had an absolutely amazing stay at Bel Air Azur in Hurghada! The hotel’s location is fantastic, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surrounding area. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable – they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always accommodating. Egyptian hospitality at its finest! The hotel is also connected to a beautiful beach, complete with hammocks and comfortable beds, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the serene atmosphere. I ended up adding a couple more days to my stay as it was truly relaxing. The security team made us feel extremely safe and were so protective of us as girls traveling. Their presence was reassuring and added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. A huge thank you to all the staff for their warm service. I’m already looking forward to returning soon. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hurghada!"

"This property is on the beach with somewhat old sunbeds but the beach is kept clean. Those who complain of hotels with same old same old menu, they need to stay at this resort. Those you like Eat as much as you like, Giftun is a heaven sent resort. Truly amazing place to spend a vacation."

"Fantastic location on the marina, close to all bars and restaurants, shops, boats, yachts etc. The Hotel Manager and all staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, towels changed daily. I highly recommend this hotel."
