Beautiful hotel and nature surrounding property. Turtles and stingrays in the beach, which was an amazing experience. Food was not at the level we expected. Customer service was superb with everyone, but the waiters at yhe restaurants, which did keep us wanting for more. Overall, I give this a 4 out of 5 stars, because of the food and waiter service. I must say, breakfast was up to par, but the other restaurants weren’t. The only one worthy of mention was the French restaurant and possibly the Italian restaurant as well.

Everything about this resort felt luxurious. From the room, to the food, to the impeccable service by all the staff, this was by far the best all inclusive experience I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend!

Great all-inclusive resort. Very welcoming and warm greetings. service exceeded our needs. Food was good and wide variety of choices. Great beach. Very clean, very relaxing. I definitely will recommend and return.

The level of care, the service, the kindess, the peace. I could go on. The property is so well maintained. The food!!!! There weren’t any bad options. The staff's attention to the smallest details blew my mind. 10 out of 10 I would highly recommend. And my husband and I will be coming back!!!
