Beautiful resort, friendly staff, food was great, currently a lot of construction and improvements made the walk back to the room quite long. They had shuttles running but that was the only concern. Would love to go back once the improvements were done.

Pretty area, great to have all the animals around, love having the different pool and water areas, would love to have been able to hit up more food options, but of course understandable to have things limited during renovations. Staff were awesome. We loved our stay, and would return

lovely place if your older and can’t walk or have restrictions i would become ask how to get a black wrist band so you would have a shuttle at all times

We went to the resort and were unaware of all of the major renovations that were happening. The main pool was closed, the deepest and largest pool with the swim up bar, and most of the restaurants were closed. We were only able to book 4 restaurant spots in the 9 nights that we were there due to renovations. The main pool that was closed was the one which was right outside our room which meant we had to walk quite a ways everyday to get to a pool or the beach. Many walking paths on the property were also closed which meant we had to walk all the way around the resort to get to the lobby instead of the straight path that would have been without the renovations. There were no clear signs to indicate which walking paths should now be taken during renovations so getting around the resort was a complete maze and made for a frustration time when trying to find different areas of the resort. There was not many if not any transportation carts around during the day so receiving a ride to the lobby was not an easily accessible option. One of the bars was also closed the entire time we were there as well. Very disappointed that Expedia DID NOT give any indication of the renovations at all let alone how extensive they were. It completely changed our perception of the resort and going in unaware of these major renovations is completely unacceptable on expedias part.

The beach was the best part about this resort, but unfortunately the rest was defined by inconsistency. The service was hit or miss, with some staff being very nice and helpful, with others acting like they didn’t even want to be there. The state of the resort was a bit of a mess as well. They were clearly making numerous updates or renovations which affected the overall feel of the resort. Then the worst part was the walkability. If you weren’t lucky to catch a cart to transport you, then it was walking to and from your destinations. We even called ahead for a cart once and it was either taking a long time to get there or simply ignored our request, so we ended up walking. Overall, I think the resort has potential, but is not there yet.

Major constructions happening and a lot of restaurants closed. Due to constructions. Guests need to stay at the far end of the resort, and walk a ton to get anywhere. The black trollies are only for members, but the regular ones are difficult to secure. With small children is very difficult to make them walk so much! I complained a whole bunch and they did try their best to accommodate us

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It is amazing in every aspect. Swimming pools were wonderful, the beach was outstanding. The booking of the restaurants was easy lots of choices, the food was delicious. With the property being so large, even though there were lots of people you never felt crowded. I would highly recommend staying here the crystal blue water was amazing for snorkeling. All the staff were very welcoming. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality!
