I have bern to these resorts 4 times. Very disappointed in how unkept and rundown it was. Buffett had limited varieties as it had the same food all week. The main pool was fun but people throwing up in garbage cans and people bringing their own music on huge boombox so we cant hear any other music announcements was a bit much. We spent a lot if time at Coba as it was cleanerand more under control We wont be back

The hotel was beautiful. the grounds were amazing. The staff was great, especially Mateo. He was so helpful and friendly; he made our stay fantastic!
I did not like the al la carte situation. There were no reservations available for any restaurant at all during our stay. We were forced to eat at the buffet for all of our meals every day. While the buffet had great options, it would have been nice to eat at a restaurant at least once.

I liked the very large selection of food that your buffet had and all very delicious, every day I had something different. I also liked the drinks the drinks were amazing and the stuff was so friendly. By far my favorite was the massage I experienced two different ones and they were phenomenal such a great experience. I was there celebrating my birthday and the room decorations made my day feel so special thank you all so very much!

Food is not good, and drinks are ok people are not the kindness that Fernando guy that make reservations for the diner super rude over all I wouldn’t stay here again

The staff is so nice and attentive my kids absolutely loved this place. Going back next summer.

The rooms are nice and clean, the staff is amazing. The bufete restaurants have food for everyone, but they play horrible music (all songs are sang by the same female in a horrible jazzy/ lobby tone). The App sucks, sometimes it works, some times it doesn’t. The availability to book specialty restaurants is very limited ( not sure if it is an app issue or booking capabilities of the restaurant). When you book, you can never talk to a person, no way to communicate directly to the hotel. The activities and shows are very good. Overall the place is very good.
