Very nice hotel in the city centre with a huge apartment that has a kitchen and small lounge. Overall very impressed. Nice breakfast as well

Restaurant service speed and level is poor.
Fridge in the room could have something inside. At least drinking water.

the girls at the desk were very nice and always help us with everything
Hotel is a bit far from the beach area, but you can have a great view from the sea at least from the room I had

Posted 21 Jun 2015 on HotelsOur stay was made wonderful by the very kind and helpful reception staff. As we do not speak Kazakh, they assisted us in every way possible, even offering to talk to people on the phone for us. In particular Regina and Aiman both went out of of their way for us. The great service far makes up for the location on the outskirts of the city.

Hidden gem in Aktau

Pros: The best feature is the food.
Cons: Internet is very slow.
It was a very pleasant experience, with comfortable and clean rooms. It may not be in the best part of town but Aktau is not a big city so everything is relatively close.
