I didnt like anything. The beds were old. The pillows were older. Bed bugs and pubic hairs on the dirty bed. I couldnt even go to bed after a Halloween party. Had to drive 40 miles home. Strongly advise to not stay at this property. I stay at Red Roof in Belden Village all the time and its clean and no bed bugs. Waiting on my refund. Calling health department.

Staff are too good and polite but i can see cockroaches and spiders in washroom and also at some places in room

I checked into the hotel. The room I booked wasn't available so they "upcharged" me for a room that was available. The TV in the room didn't work. I went back down to the office but there were other customers with problems. I went back to the room and tried to call the front desk but the phone didn't work either. I went back to the front desk in the moring and they said they would check the TV and fix it or move me to another room. They didn't fix the TV and did not offer to move me to another room. I had to ask twice. I was finally moved to another room. The rooms are at best OK. The fixtures in the shower in the second room were pulling away from the shower stall. I won't stay here again.
