"The water pressure was very low, making it difficult to shower. Without an elevator, carrying heavy suitcases up three floors was challenging. The heating was inadequate; we had to rely on an electric heater that turned off automatically, so the room was always cold when we returned. Overall, it was not worth the price."

"This was our first visit to Akçay. The hotel was very nice - clean, amazing breakfast and the swimming pool area is perfect. I suspect the property is a bit older but they have kept it up to date nicely. There was a problem with the drain from the air conditioner, but i handled it myself and it was fine. Onsite parking is a big plus, especially as we visited at a very busy time. Would stay again. "

"Owners newly took over the place, I must say it isn't a perfect room and the hotel do need some more renovation and better bathrooms. However, hospitality there is just perfect, they really do try their best to make you feel comfortable. Beds are also very comfy and clean. Do give it a shot to this place they will make you feel welcomed. "

"As a location it was little off the desired area, more like in the neighborhood, at the highway, but turned out very nice. Didn’t hear the highway since we were on the back side of the hotel, staff was super nice, clean rooms and around the hotel. Very nice breakfast as well. Local shopping area like restaurants and markets all in 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again "
