The staff in particular were all very helpful to us during our stay at this hotel. I'm very grateful for their service and would not hesitate to book another stay at this hotel again. Easy access to multiple train lines which allow you to get across many neighborhoods easily.

The staff were wonderful. The property is a smaller hotel but they make up for all the added extras and great staff. The bath salts, plum wine and chocolates were wonderful add ons. Close to subway. And many very good restaurants nearby. We were only there 4 days but would stay again when in Tokyo

Really quiet and peaceful place.good air quality. Close to Hie Jinja shrine. Really nice to have drip coffee and Japanese breakfast. A rooftop with nice view. Free beer, and noodles during happy hour every day was a nice surprise.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff are all such wonderful people, always cheerful and eager to help. There are many freebies, coffee/tea, even free happy hour. I highly recommend staying here as the service is top notch. The rooms are on the smaller side but well laid out. I stayed at a few chain hotels (APA) in my visit to Tokyo and I would highly recommend this hotel over the chain brand. I felt so welcome and the comforts are better if not the same.

This is my second time staying here and my second review. The hotel staff is amazing. The hotel is amazing. Clean, simple and has everything you need. It’s close to various trains so with some minor walking you can go any direction of Tokyo. The staff once again is awesome and I told them that because of them I’d never stay in Tokyo unless it’s in this hotel. Always happy to be back - Renato

This was a great spot for my 3 night stay. Central location to many sightseeing locations. Hotel area itself was pretty quiet but did have a few food options. Short walk to livelier area. Amenities were good - really enjoyed the Japanese breakfast and there were western options as well. Also made use of the free ramen in the evening and appreciated that there is a free happy hour as well (though didn’t make that one). No problem recommending this hotel and I would stay again.

Very nice hotel in Tokyo’s upscale Akasaka District. All the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Natasha, who went out of her way to make our stay special. Dozens of restaurants and a shopping mall within 5-10 minutes walk. Small, clean, quiet rooms. I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff that were very welcoming and helpful. Great area to stay after a day of hustle and bustle sightseeing. Quiet area with everything you need around. Restaurants and convenience stores and cafes/bakeries close by. Two subway stations within 3 minutes walk. Large room by Japanese standards. Would stay in this hotel again. Thank you to the wonderful, welcoming staff.

Great place with lots of perks. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. There are extra perks on specific days/times. Fri/Sat you roll a dice for a chance to get a free drink, everyday in the evening there is free bowl of ramen. You also get to “rent” free items like a foot massager and a better hair dryer amongst other things for the entire duration of your stay. Very foreigner friendly and everybody spoke english. Also two stations are very close, about 10min walk (Akasaka Sta. - Chiyoda Line) and (Tameike-sannō Sta. - Ginza Line). Would recommend this hotel to friends.
