Not a great experience at the check in disk
Posted 6 Feb 2024 on HotelsRoom was without outside window. Bed not comfortable. Room not very clean. TV screen shot was broken and channels were not all clear. Check in disk could not find my reservation at the beginning and asked me immediately to call you as if i can even before checking on my name.

Very close to the haram and ramp takes you directly to level 2, umrah gate is also right by it for entrance
