"We are extremely impressed with the customer service, specially Anila in the restaurant who was extremely helpful and kind and when she realised I was unwell sent me a goody bag for breakfast . However the property lacked a choice of restaurants. The main restaurant was the only major one . The Greek restaurant was outdoors and it was too hot to sit outside and the Korean bar didn’t allow kids after 8pm so was if no use to us. "A true five star hotel with excellent food and service. The location is not close to shops or cafes but a free shuttle takes you into the city a couple of times a day "
