"Great place to stay esp so because I booked on short notice. It’s located in a Main Street in Madrid and in the middle of all the action but my room was in the rear so I didn’t hear street noise. Clean and comfortable. Helpful staff. The walls are kind of thin so I heard the guests next door talking and there was periodic noise from guests walking in the hallways but it was fine. "

We were able to walk to the Prado and Thyssen museums, and there was an abundance of cafes, restaurants, bars and shopping just outside our door. "Beautiful place. The apartment is exceptionally clean, nice and big. Great communication. Nearby groceries and restaurants. Only problem was hot water ran out quickly, out of 5 people only 1 person was able to take a shower with hot water. My daughter had to sit inside the shower while waiting for the hot water. The water was dripping from the ceiling while my husband was sitting on the toilet. "

A boutique hotel with a difference

"They describe themselves as a boutique hotel and I would agree. The staff are friendly. They take the time to greet you. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard. They use an eco approach that is built around the client. Breakfast is of a high standard and the gym is well kitted out. And it is conveniently located for transport, shops and sites. Definitely would come here again. "
