This property.is in the oerfect location but there is almost no parking for guests. Communication with staff eas poor as they failed to explain that in advance and were vety rude both on the phone and upon arrival. Room.was extremely small with no night tables and cleaning was poor. Toilet was dirty upon our arrival and cleaners forgot to give us towels. The bar on the top of the hotel is fantastic and the service and food up there great. Also there are many steps to get to reception so anyone with mobility issues cannot get into hotel.

However, we did offer an alternative with preferential rates at a nearby parking facility. Our apologies if our reception team seemed rude when explaining the parking situation and your last-minute cancellation request.Finally, we do have accessible access, and we regret our team didn’t inform you about it.Feel free to reach out if you have any precisions to give us about this feedback in order to improve our services. .

Staff super friendly and helpful. They helped with a great dinner reservation and navigating the city. Highly recommend. Thank you for a great stay

Hotel San Carlu Citadelle is a spectacular hotel, all aspects were absolutely extraordinary! Excellent service, beautiful rooms and the restaurant and bar were amazing! 10 Stars all around!!!

This hotel is in a great location. Room was small but comfortable. Get the sea view and take the 40E parking for convenience. The roof top bar is beautiful.

Vue imprenable sur le toit avec un service hors pair! Pas de stationnement dans Malia mais quelques places disponibles devant l’hôtel mais un peu cher’
