The hotel is situated up in the mountain and built right next to hill side. A great place to relax and just unwind closed to the nature.
All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We were at the hotel ahead of the check in time and they were eager to safekeep our luggage while we ventured out for some sightseeings.
The dinner and breakfast were served to us in a private room. Not only was the quality of food top notched, the dedicated staff who was served us was the epitome of Japanese hospitality. Despite our lack of Japanese, she did her best (with the help of a electronic translator) to explain the courses and made us feel very pampered and comfortable.
The property and decor does look a bit tired and dated. But the services were impeccable and that more than made up for the somewhat outdated hardware.
All in all, a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.

The place is very calm and quiet. Dinner is excellent. We were able to enjoy many different kind of local dishes. Private outdoor bath is perfect.

価格の割に食事も良く、部屋に露天風呂もあり、中居さんも丁寧でした。建物自体はわりと古いのですが綺麗でした。

お部屋食でした お料理も大変よいですし 朝食の和食も 大変良かったです お風呂は少し小さいですが すぐ近くの原滝本館の露天風呂にも行けるので 散歩しながら いきました 送迎もしてくれます 今年2回目ですがまた 近々いきたいです ウェルカムドリンクの大吟醸酒と甘酒 素晴らしい

全スタッフの対応素晴しく料理も種類が多く更に大変美味しく館内全て清潔感があり初の家族旅行のいい思い出が作れました。

Posted 15 Jul 2024 on Hotels展望風呂付客室に1泊しました。自家源泉掛け流しで、
青森ヒバの湯船は香りも良く、湯加減もちょうど良く、ずっと入っていたいくらい気持ちが良かったです。夕食、朝食どちらも美味しく、お腹いっぱい楽しみました。そして何よりもスタッフの皆さんのホスピタリティが素晴らしかったです。

追加での会津の馬刺しは、とても柔らかく新鮮！！
お部屋も 川のせせらぎと鳥の声
日頃の忙しさを忘れゆったり癒しの時間を過ごせました。
