The room was very basic, which I expected for the price I paid. However, I wasn’t expecting stained bed linen or someone’s hair either. Would I stay again probably not. The member of staff I did have an interaction with due to a slight issue with the check-in machine was very nice and helpful.

Chambre 29 : état de propreté catastrophique (toiles d’araignées partout, moutons sous le lit). Peinture et murs dégradés. Le mobilier est en mauvais état. Bouton de réglage du chauffage cassé. Robinetterie de la salle de douche en mauvais état. Odeur désagréable dans la chambre. Planche de bois en guise de sommier. Cet hôtel devrait être fermé et rénové d’URGENCE !!! C’est un scandale de louer de telles chambres !

Avec 2 enfants j'avais réservé deux chambres communicantes, j'ai eu deux chambres a l'opposé. En rentrant tardivement une des chambres a été désactivé. Résultat devoir appeler un 06 qui vous envoie à l'hôtel Campanile pour réactiver le badge. Manquait 2 taies d'oreiller. A éviter

Quand on a pas le choix !
L'emplacement est idéal Par contre, Aucun service de chambre lorsque l'on prend un séjour de 4 nuits. C'est à vous de faire votre lit c'est plutôt honteux pour un hôtel. Les chambres d'hôtel sont très délabrées. Elles auraient besoin très sérieusement d'un bon coup de propre et d'une bonne rénovation. Les couettes sentaient l'humidité et le moisi. J'avais demandé aux personnes qui faisait le ménage de la changer. Ils s'étaient engagés à le faire mais rien n'a été fait. Heureusement j'ai pu compter sur le professionnalisme et la gentillesse du jeune homme de la réception. En terme de courtoisie et de politesse à comparaison de ces autres collègues il paraît un extraterrestre. Merci beaucoup pour sa réactivité et son professionnalisme. Le nouveau directeur pourrait en prendre de la graine au lieu de donner des instructions de ne plus faire le ménage dans les chambres, une formation sur le commerce serait bienvenue pour lui. Comme quoi tenir un hôtel même bas de gamme n'est pas donné à tous. Ne vous attendez pas à un petit-déjeuner hors du commun il n'y aura que du sucré et très peu de choix. Vraiment déçue par ce première classe

Hôtel délabré et non entretenu. Ménage négligé. De nombreuses toiles d’araignées, une poussière millésimée sur la tête de lit et les cintres. Même un chewing-gum sur la tête de lit. Des insectes morts au sol. Le chauffage fonctionne bien. Le personnel de réception est à l’écoute et disponible.
