The hotel was charming. The staff was friendly and professional. They spoke English, which was helpful.
Located in a lively area of shops and restaurants but the hotel itself was very quiet. No parking in the immediate area. The staff recommended a convenient parking garage only a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Historic property in the heart of Aix-en-Provence mere steps from the famed Cours Mirabeau. Also easy walking distance to most important sites you will want to visit. While there can be some street noise at most times of the day or night, the hotel has invested in sound-proof windows, which make for a quiet sleeping experience. I didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel, but all of the staff at the reception desk were phenomenal --very positive, friendly, and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again if I come back to Aix. Highly recommend!

Awesome property! Right in the heart of Vielle Ville. Room was perfect for 3 nights. Breakfast was offered (for a price) and we ate there each morning. All the staff was superb and made us feel welcome each time we walked through the door. When we return to Aix en Provence, we will be staying here again!

We could not reach the property by car because the streets were so small and congested . We were misled into thinking that there was parking.They will not cancel so we had to go to another hotel for parking. Lost two nights room charge. Expedia called them and found out the nearest parking was 2900 feet away in a city with no room for any thing. We abandoned Aix on Provence because of this hotel
