"Great positioning of property. Directly sitting on beach with a wonderful view of lagoon. Only set-back of stay was shampoo was not provided with toiletries. Please state that shampoo is excluded in toiletries provided as stated on info in website. So we would have brought our own. Otherwise everything is perfectly fine. Great place and staff. "Really close to all 5 stars. The only reason it’s not 5 stars all the way around is bc we have stayed at similar 5 star island resorts that were in slightly better condition. Having said that, I highly recommend this place for a tranquil, unique (in a good way), and true island experience. There are few places with this small of a population and community that you can visit and still be welcomed by the locals. We will be back to visit the other Cook Islands for sure. "

"We had a wonderful time at Rino’s since we arrived to the airport. We were welcomed by Alone that made us feel at home from minute one and made sure that we enjoyed our stay %100. She also went out of her way to help us out to find tours and bikes during a very busy season. And she always had time and patience to chat with us and share some good advice.
