Unfortunately the property isn't as clean or well maintained as it should be. The staff are efficient and do try to make the experience better but the rooms need a complete deep clean and refurbishment. Convenient location for airport and cheap room rate but ultimately you get what you pay for.

Calm atmosphere with lobby area. Rooms were also very nice for a fair price.

Surprised at the charge for parking. We choose this hotel because in the pass there was no charge. Checking in we were surprised of changes. Not to mention the procedure you have to take just to pay. If you're going to charge, make the process easier.

The personnel was fantastic. Transport, people at the front desk, and phone conversations. Very helpful. The restaurants in the area are good. Just not within walking distance.

Our first night the elevator was broken. We came back a week later for our second stay and the elevator was still broken. The hotel was clean, but we could definitely tell it is a dated facility.

Elevator was broke. Front Desk did not disclose this information. Another customer advise me of it, as I waited on broken elevator. Customer also instructed me to use a 2nd elevator at back of building.

I had to wait 2 hours for my room and then it was dirty.
